Benefiting Special Operations Warrior Foundation and The Haley House Fund
We are excited to announce that on Saturday, September 28, 2012, the Rotary club or Valrico will hold its 4th Annual Operation Gunsmoke Sporting Clay Shoot, at Fishhawk Sporting Clays in Lithia. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Haley House Fund and Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
The Special Operations Warrior Foundation provides full scholarship grants and educational and family counseling to the surviving children of special operations personnel who die in operational or training missions and immediate financial assistance to severely wounded special operations personnel and their families.
The Haley House Fund sets out to relieve the social and economic strain on families of Active Duty and Veterans being treated for life threatening diseases and trauma at James A Haley VA Medical Center. The fund will foster families with lodging and local transportation to the VA Hospital.
